Guides on emulating older gamesPostal 2 will need to be burned to CD with Disk Utility in Mac OS X. I tested this to be working good on my iBook G4.A modern re-release for intel Macs is available on Steam, know as Postal 2 Complete. Its main features are proper widescreen support and integration of the popular mod, A Week in Paradise.Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend Extension CD-Rom:.also needs to be burned to CD with Disk Utility in Mac OS XWelcome to Paradise.Again.You are The Postal Dude, just your average Joe trying to survive in the harsh environment that is modern day society.
Waking up in the Hospital after your brush with self-Inflicted death at the end of the last game, you find everything isn't exactly the way you left it. Your mobile home has been repossessed, your dog is in the City Pound, and your Hateful Wife has left you. At least the news isn't ALL badTrying to rescue your home and dog would be challenging enough in this twisted reflection of the worst America has to offer. Unfortunately for you, the recurring effects of your head injury, some unethical cat experimentation and an outbreak of some unimaginably bizarre strain of MadCow disease will put an additional spin on it all. This is a game of life. How will you play it?This extension requires Postal 2 previous installation. The AWP installation includes the patch 14091.Amazon.com Buy Link (different publisher):See also:, CompatibilityArchitecture: PPC.
By - 2018, January 13 - 6:27amSkycapt, i get a similar I/O error while installing the postal-gold.dmg posted here. That’s why he says it has to be burned to a disc first. So i burned my cd, then the install goes without any problem. Then i find out that the AWP, for proper install, needs to be burned to a disc too.
Postal 2 Patch for Mac Download Forget what you know about first person shooters. Walk a week in the Postal Dude's shoes. Freely explore full 3-D open-ended environments. Interact with over 100 unique NPC's including Gary Coleman. Sep 25, 2012 AWP changes all that. AWP is an enhanced version of the original Postal 2 game and combines it with the AW expansion pack weapons and levels, plus tons of extra bonuses to make the ultimate Postal 2 experience. AWP adds tons of new features to the normal Postal 2 and AW games: Use AW's weapons and gameplay in the original Postal 2 levels.
Oops, my bad.The AWP also installs previous the patch (14091) if not installed. And then u can apply the 14092 from here.To make a sure shot about it, i’m gonna re-upload the AWP dmg, locked and.sit compressed, ok? I think i got that “Eternal Damnation” extension as a standalone dmg somewhere. Is way more sick than the AW. And my 6.34 Gb - Fudge Pack Dvd comes with this README:Welcome back to the well. Here are Mac OS X versions of everything Running With Scissorshas made to date. Everything here is Universal (that is, itis optimized for both PowerPC and Intel Macs). The basic list is Postal 1 ('Classic and Uncut', sorta.noeditor or multiplayer included.
We suck, sorry), Postal 2Share the Pain (no editor here, either, but hey! Multiplayer! That's the 'sharing' part.), the Apocalypse Weekend expansionpack, some of the best Postal 2 mods, and some other crapola:jpegs of your favorite Postal Babes and a radio interviewwith Mike Jaret of RwS fame.Seems legit. By - 2018, January 9 - 8:25pmIf I'm not mistaken, The Fudge Pack may have a more up to date version of the game, UB support and all. The problem is I've heard from some that this is the version on GOG, which would mean we can't distribute it due to it not being abandoned.
Can someone check this version to see if it's the UB Fudge Pack or some other intel only re-release? Note that you may have to buy it to check because GOG's infamous for having the wrong system requirements (in fairness Steam isn't much better in that category either). Also we REALLY need to get Mac versions of Eternal Damnation and Corkscrew Rules! They're rated two of the best mods. If you can't find a Mac version anyone with experience think they can convert the PC versions; they're both freeware?
By - 2018, January 9 - 8:41pmIIGS User said 'I see it's not zipped.' No, that's what she said. Heh, I'm sure I'll have to explain, it's an in-game joke, player can walk around 'flashing' people with their 'zipper' down.Interesting, on the original CD: mirrors hanging on walls are just blank glass. But with the 14092 update mirrors begin to offer reflections of characters including yourself. Many cheat codes available for this. Invincibility, jump to any level, walk thru walls, fly 'like a birdie'.
Cheers for the Apocalypse add-on!-It's great using a mouse with scrollwheel, which didn't come with Macs this age. 4-1: when looking thru the telescopic rifle sight, a scrollwheel controls Zoom in/out. Might not be mentioned in instructions and no other way to do this, so without a scrollwheel you' ve no clue what you're missing.
